Why don't you publish prices?▼
Every brokerage is different — number of agents, insurer integrations required, custom workflows, mobile app needs, AMC terms. We give a fixed-quote within 48 hours of a 30-minute discovery call. No bait-and-switch, no surprise add-ons later.
Is it a one-time payment or recurring?▼
InsureFlow is a one-time customisation engagement. You pay for the platform setup and customisation once, then an optional annual maintenance contract (AMC) for support and updates. No recurring SaaS licence fees, no per-user fees.
What is included in AMC?▼
AMC includes priority support (email, WhatsApp, phone), bug fixes, security patches, insurer API updates as insurer endpoints change, IRDAI compliance updates as regulations evolve, and access to new feature releases on the InsureFlow platform.
Can I deploy on my own server?▼
Yes. You can deploy on AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or your own data centre. We hand over the complete deployment package — source code, database scripts, Docker containers, and deployment documentation. We can also deploy and manage for you under a separate managed-services contract.
What if I need only 1–2 product lines?▼
The Starter tier supports 3 product lines (Health, Motor, Travel) which covers 90% of mid-size brokers. If you genuinely need only one product line, we can scope a custom Starter Lite engagement at a lower price point.
What happens after 12-month AMC ends?▼
AMC renewal is optional. You can continue at the standard rate, downgrade to break-fix support only, or run the platform yourself without our involvement. You already have the source code — you're not locked in.
