What sources can leads come from?
InsureFlow integrates with website forms, Facebook/Google ad lead forms, WhatsApp Business, IndiaMART, JustDial, Sulekha, partner referrals, and offline import (CSV/Excel). All leads flow into one inbox regardless of source.
How does AI lead scoring work?
The AI evaluates each lead on demographic data, source quality, behaviour signals (response speed, document submission), and historical conversion patterns of similar leads. Each lead gets a score from 1–100 with the rationale shown to the agent.
How are leads assigned to agents?
Assignment rules are fully configurable: round-robin, geography-based, product expertise, performance tier, lead score match, or any combination. High-scoring leads can be routed to top agents, exotic products to specialists.
What pipeline stages are supported?
Default stages: New → Contacted → Interested → Quote Sent → Negotiating → Policy Issued → Closed Won/Lost. Each stage is fully customisable per product line. Conversion rate and average time-in-stage are tracked per agent.
