Over 17 years we've delivered platforms across four major sectors: insurance broking, hospitality management, pharmaceutical operations, and financial services. Each engagement has taught us the same lesson — domain expertise beats technical sophistication every time. Why We Built InsureFlow

Over the years we worked with several IRDAI-registered insurance brokers — building custom modules, integrating insurer APIs, automating commission calculations. The same patterns kept emerging. Brokers were paying for SaaS platforms that did 30% of what they needed, then duct-taping Excel and WhatsApp to fill the gaps. Source code was locked away. Customisation was billed at exorbitant rates. AI was marketed but not delivered.

Our Technology Philosophy

We don't chase trends. We pick boring, proven, enterprise-grade technology — and we build with it for the long term. InsureFlow is built on Microsoft .NET 8, Angular 17, SQL Server 2022, and React Native — technologies that will be maintainable, hireable, and supported for the next decade. Not the next 18 months.

For AI, we use Anthropic's Claude — purpose-fit for structured reasoning over insurance data, with proper safety guardrails. Our AI is not a hallucinating chatbot bolted on as a marketing feature; it is six specific, measurable workflows that have demonstrable business outcomes.
